This set of books has 12 volumes. They are edited by Arthur Wee and a companion to the "The Children's Encyclopedia". They were published by the Educational Book Company, Ltd. 17 New Bridge Street, London, 1923. Each book measures 9 1/2" x 6 1/4" and has approximately 350 pages. This set is unusual in that it has a green cloth cover with green leather binding and corner pieces. The inside cover pages are marbled. Each is filled with black and white as well as color plates. Inside each is "To All who Live and Learn. The 12 volumes are as follows: 1) Immortal Heroes of the World, 2) Nature in All her Glory, 3) The Motherland and the Empire, 4) The Realms of Gold, 5) How and Why, 6) The Panorama of the World, 7) The Storyteller, 8) Our World and the Others, 9) The Bedtime Book, 10) The Amazing Animal Kingdom, 11) The Great Poetry Book, and 12) The Fireside Lesson Book. This set of books are in very good condition and complete. The leather spine has faded to brown. The edges and corners are worn. There is some foxing. I see no tears or writing. These books are informative and decorative. The 12 books weigh 25 lbs. I will send media mail or fedex ground.
