C.1910 Edwardian 14K White Gold Enamel MASONIC Watch Fob Charm

I am pleased to be able to offer this EXQUISITE piece of Antique Fraternal jewelry. AUTHENTIC Late Victorian ~ Edwardian Era White Gold & Enamel Charm was originally worn on a gold pocket watch chain by a gentleman who was a Mason.

C.1910 Masonic Fob is SOLID GOLD, Enameled in Bright White & Cobalt Blue, 2 Sided & BEAUTIFULLY Detailed... has chased & HAND engraved designs ~ motifs made using a jeweler's hand tools. The KEYSTONE is the focal point... has white GOLD Lettering (on a background of BRIGHT White enamel) – clockwise from the top “H T W S S T K S”. ^^ The letters stand for Hiram, Tyrian-widow's son, Sendeth to King Solomon .... it's a reference to the building of King Solomon's temple in which the keystone to the arch entryway was found just lying in the quarry... that's why the letters usually appear on an object that looks like a keystone. ^^

In the Center of the Keystone (on only 1 side) are 3 of the Traditional Symbols of the Masonic Order – a 'G', COMPASS and a SQUARE. The FANCY Square tool has Measurement Markers & the Compass has Victorian hand engraved ~ stamped designs and a “faux” screw (so the legs appear to be hinged). The Emblem of this service fraternity is encircled by an ORNATE "frame".

100+/- Year Old watchfob is CLEARLY Marked 14K on its ORIGINAL Loop (to attach it to a gold necklace, watch chain, key chain or charm bracelet), MEASURES ~ 3/4 Inches N-S (including fixed loop at top) & is in VERY NICE CONDITION! Details ~ Designs are CRISP and I see NO REPAIRS, DAMAGE or LOSS to enamel... only under 10 power magnification do I see any signs of careful TREASURED use.
