SALE C. '60s Oblong Glass Serving Plate: Tulip Pattern: By Porter

This fab plate measures a whopping 21" long by 6 3/4" high. Three compartments are decorated with tulips, hearts, and snowflakes, and I genuinely thought this was one of Georges Briard's creations when I first saw it, but it is signed "Porter" beside the bottom of the stem of the tulip on the right-hand side. Upon very close inspection, there is the tiniest bit of wear to some of the gold paint around the rim. Nothing either significant or distracting, however, and otherwise this server is in excellent vintage condition, with no chips or cracks. Any dark spots in photos are merely reflection. Still shiny and a marvelous example of an era.
