About Us

Payment: We prefer Pay Pal.

Payment via Pay Pal must be initiated within 3-5 business days of buyer's receipt of confirmed purchase order. If payment is not initiated, and we are unable to contact you via e-mail, we will relist the item. For other payment arrangements, please contact us directly.

Layaway: Layaway is available for purchases totaling $200.00 or more. The total order amount is divided into three (3) equal payments. The first payment is due within three (3) business days of the date on which you received a confirmed purchase order. The second payment is due 30 days after and the final payment is due 30 days after the second payment. In the event of a layaway being cancelled by the buyer prior to our receipt of the final payment, we reserve the right to keep the first 33% of the amount paid.

Returns: You must contact us within three days of receiving the item if you wish to return it. No exceptions. You are obligated to return the item through the same shipping service used by us to send the item to you. Again, no exceptions. Refunds are issued after we receive the piece back and assess it for signs of wear or damage.

Fine jewelry: We will not mail fine jewelry by first class mail. You must pay for Priority Mail or Registered Mail when purchasing fine jewelry.

We ship to the US, Canada and the UK. All other international purchasers must contact us before placing an order. We reserve the right to decline sales or shipments to unconfirmed addresses or to areas where delivery confirmation is unavailable. We also reserve the right to require that US and International buyers pay for Priority or Registered mail on fine jewelry orders. No exceptions. This protects us and it protects you.
