Cape Amethyst/Hill Tribe Fine Silver Dangle Earrings

These beautiful earrings are fashioned with 12 mm. cape amethyst beads (an opaque form of amethyst) with Hill Tribes fine silver oak-leaf caps, and are accented with a single clear amethyst rondell. They dangle 1-1/8" below sterling silver lever back ear wires. The overall length is 1-5/8".

Hill Tribes silver is all handmade in a remote area of Thailand known as the Golden Triangle, where Laos, Burma and Thailand all come together. The tribes all do silversmithing, and all work with .999 fine silver, not the .925 sterling silver that we are accustomed to. The designs are individual and unique, and handmade -- and of fine silver.
