Fabulous vintage necklace is signed Tancer II and features a fabulous gold tone metal owl in the center surrounded by two gold tone metal strands. The condition is near mint. The inner strand measures approx. 21", the second approx. 30" and the pendant approx. 3-3/4" x 1-3/4" wide. The owl is segmented so it appears to move when you move.
