I guarantee all my items to be as described. I want you to be as happy with your purchase as I was when I first found it! I only buy items that I would personally wear or adorn my house with. I'm my own worst critic! Shipping is done as quickly as possible. I am 20 miles from the nearest post office and make the trip each Thursday. If I'm a little slow in sending, please forgive. Missouri is known for its constantly changing weather and sometimes road conditions, and family emergencies, can alter my schedule. In advance, I apologize for any delay. It is not intentional, I assure you.

About Us
With 24 years experience in the antiques trade and 10 years experience selling on EBAY, I search out the most interesting and UNIQUE items I can possibly find (well, within my price budget!)! Travelling to Canada, Europe, and all over the Midwest, I often get "first look" at treasures BEFORE they hit the retail market. If it's fabulous and passes my very demanding eye I will bring it home and offer it to my customers!

My RUBY LANE store will contain quality merchandise from around the world! I deal in smalls - jewelry (both fine and costume), portrait miniatures, religious items, treasure boxes and more. Again, I look for the BEST and intend to offer many varied treasures each month. My turnover is very high - rarely does a piece last more than 45 days in my store - so if you see something you like, GRAB IT NOW! It might not be there when you want it. And if the price is bothering you - heck, make me an offer! I love to "wheel and deal" and if I can meet your pocketbook's needs, I will!

I'm a Gold Powerseller with over 12,000+ in feedback! I'm sure you'll see that I am a fanatic about all things that count in the business - interesting items, great prices, and secure shipping. I am always at my computer (or so it seems) and provide quick responses to any questions asked of me.

All purchases from my store will come in a small box in a padded bubble wrap envelope. My postage charge is nominal and includes the postage as well as delivery confirmation, the envelope, the box and the gas to mail it (Horrendous these days, I know!). Insurance is optional on small items, though mandatory on larger purchases.

Layaway is available and encouraged (sometimes everyone needs a little time to purchase the things they love). And my terms? Well, here are my rules.....

1. Once an order is placed, a down payment is to be submitted within 7 days of the order. If payment is not received prior to this time, the items will be placed back into inventory.

2. While I am very good at allowing time on all my layaways, I do need a payment EACH month (even if it's a small one) that the items are held. Again, if I do not receive a payment within a consecutive month, the items will be placed back into inventory less whatever item was purchased with the first down payment (my choice - no exceptions); said choice will allow for postage to buyer.

3. For new customers: Layaways are limited to one transaction only (a grouping of a small number of items is fine - but the order for all the items must be placed within 3 days); additions to the layaway will NOT be allowed after that time; nor will an additional layaway be allowed until the first layaway is paid in full.

Of course I can make amendments to my policy so its best to contact me first with any questions you might have.
