1980's Pelican Figural Bottle

A most unusual figural bottle from Italy in the form of a feasting Pelican, done in green glass with good detail and produced by Ucagco. It stands a surprising 15 3/8" tall with the cap in place and is 3.75" in diameter at its base. On top of the bottle you'll find a black cap, which is held on by the bottle's original wire clasp (for want of a better word). It originally had a cork attached to the cap but it disintegrated long ago, so it will need to be replaced if you are so inclined. The bottle is in good condition aside from a small chip along the top edge (see pic) and still retains its original "Ucagco, Italy" label on the side. A unique specimen to be sure who tends to keep his spirits "bottled up". :-) Like Pelicans? LOVE this!
